Please note that in addition to your e-signature, each form requires you to attach a copy of a voided check; this may be an image or a PDF attachment. Once we receive your authorization, we will submit a “prenote” transaction to confirm the accuracy of the bank account details prior to running any live transactions. It may take up to five business days for your ACH authorization to become active with MOVES.
